Advantages of adhesive stator and rotor in new energy motor

Since the new energy vehicle motor is driven by batteries, increasing its cruising range is the core factor related to users' use and improving product competitiveness. According to the motor design principle, the eddy current loss of the motor is proportional to the square of its operating frequency. When the operating speed of the motor is high, how to reduce the eddy current loss is the key factor to improve the performance and efficiency of the motor. Generally, eddy current loss can be reduced by reducing the thickness of silicon steel sheet, however, the eddy current generated by inter-layer conduction due to welding and riveting during the re-stacking of the stator and rotor is an unavoidable problem;

In theory, the lamination process of adhesive stator and rotor reduces the eddy current loss caused by interlayer conduction to zero.
